Our Lake Conroe On-Demand physical therapy program powered by Luna providers can see patients in their homes, offices, or wherever and whenever is convenient for them to continue the care they need. These services are more important than ever during these unprecedented times.
WILL LAKE CONROE ON-DEMAND ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
Lake Conroe On-Demand powered by Luna accepts many insurance plans and we handle the benefits verification process for you. Often you will pay the same co-pay as in the clinic, however, Luna will review your On-Demand benefits to determine if there are any differences for the On-Demand service. We accept most major insurances.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL TO BE SEEN BY A LAKE CONROE ON-DEMAND PROVIDER?
Texas is a direct access state, meaning that you are not required to have a doctor’s referral to be seen by a physical therapist. This includes our Lake Conroe On-Demand providers.
WILL I SEE THE SAME THERAPIST EVERY TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU?
We try to establish patients with the same provider during their entire course of rehabilitation. Lake Conroe On-Demand physical therapists work with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to their needs. Sometimes scheduling needs may require adjustments, but you will always know who is seeing you for your appointment in advance.
